This was the second time at The Parlour. We came for a birthday celebration and really enjoyed the delicious Malibu Sangria and Ravioli. Everything was clean . The staff were very friendly and very accommodating . Huge thanks to the manager for making our visit extra special! I highly recommend making a reservation on nights where an event is at Roger's.

Pre Covid the Parlour was a favourite and we went there regularly. Post Covid the quality control regarding food seemed to decline. Thought I would give another try and brought a friend who had never been there. The bartender/waiter was fantastic as were the cocktails and appetizer. Both of our entrees were under welling as was the presentation.

Our waiter, Ashton, was friendly and knowledgeable - there when we needed him but not hovering. Wood-burning fireplace on the patio but we chose to eat indoors. Environment was open yet cozy. Cocktails were well-made (with an entire book to choose from). Wine list was ample. Food was excellent. Roasted olives and carpaccio for apps and the vegetarian pasta dish and short rib ravioli for entrees. Locally sourced Gelato (from Pinocchio's) for dessert. It was our anniversary and we had other events to get to so we ate early and noise levels were low - easy conversing. I imagine it gets louder later. Overall a great experience and will definitely return

Parlour was very accomodating to us after we arrived late for our reservation, with no questions asked. Our server was helpful and suggested drinks and dishes upon request. We were very satisfied with the entire meal from start to finish.

The Food, The Service & Atmosphere At The Parlor is Amazing. Really Like The Baller Meatball Sub As Well as The Queen Margherita Pizza. Anyhow I Look Forward To Trying The Pastas As Well Featuring The Short rib Ravioli Pasta When I Come By Sometime. Hope The Pastas Are Very Impressively Flavorful!

It's pretty much the definition of middle-of-the-road. The food? It's fine. You won't be impressed; you would be disgusted. If Earl's were 20% worse and Italian you have Parlour. The service? Friendly and well-tentioned kids, but under-trained (probably by the disinterested-looking manager wandering around, dressed like he's going on a first date at an outdoor Chilliwack concert - not a picture of standards). The bar? Stock corporate cocktail list and warm beer. The ambience? 15-years-ago "chic", bland playlist played 30% too loud; once-attractive furnishings increasingly worn and wobbling from poor maintenance. Generic. It's . . . fine. You'll leave in the full knowledge of having eaten at a restaurant, but you'll never think of it again, or likely be overly motivated to return. If that's what you look for in your dining experience, Parlour will be right up your alley.
The wait staff were fantastic! The music in the restaurant was overly loud. We had to talk over the music. Outside of that it was a great experience. Great staff and excellent food!

Came in right at opening Kayla was our server and she was so sweet!Found it a bit odd though she recommended the blueberry pizza so we tried it and absolutely hated it we ordered other pizzas and appetizers along with a few drinks and dips but we barely ate one piece between all of us of the blueberry pizza.We told her we strongly disliked it and she just said ‘ohh no’ thought maybe she’d remove it from the bill since we did not eat it nor take it home. After we paid she started clearing our table of drinks and removed my friends whom was not done with it (basically half full still). She was very sweet but just found both of these things weird.
