Had an excellent experience here. Sucks you only get 4 devilled eggs because I could have had about 20. I would like just a touch more seasoning on the mains but that's my personal preference. Cocktails were as good as you'll find anywhere in the city. Worth the price tag.

My wife and I have been to Workshop multiple times now, both for brunch and for dinner. The food is fresh; you can tell by the aroma(s), and the taste. Every time we've gone, the service has been great. It's a hidden gem in the industrial side of Parson's road; would highly recommend. A bit pricey, but for the freshness of the food and the exquisite taste, it's worth the wait every couple of months.

I was looking forward to dining at Workshop Eatery. We live in Summerside since 2015 and I drive by this place on daily basis.I thought a brunch for my son's 13th birthday was a great occasion to check out this place. Internet pictures look way nicer than in real life. Was expecting a bigger selection for a brunch menu, I was actually looking forward to ordering a steak for lunch but unfortunately didn't realize the dinner menu was being served only from 5pm, not anytime after breakfast like most of the places do.We had a reservation for 11:30 a.m. I think it is pointless to do a reservation option since the lady up front did not even verify on their little ipads for whom the reservation was - she simply asked for how many, I said we have reservation for 4, and she just walked us to first available table without asking if we would like to sit by the window, booth etc;I don't really understand the point of pre-visit questions while doing reservation - specifically the reason of the visit: birthday, anniversary, other. - every restaurant I've done the reservation at, upon arrival it was verified, I was asked where we would like to sit and I was double checked on the reason of the visit - on birthday occasions, the waitress at least said "happy Birthday", some places offered free desert for a birthday person, some offered free drinks... I did not expect to get anything free for this occasion but saying "Happy Birthday" to my son would be nice.I must say, water was brought to our table right away, order was taken quickly as well, but the wait... come on, wait 35 minute for a sandwiches order ??? I hate to see the wait time for actual dinner, late supper. It seemed like too many waitresses not enough cooks. Some people that got to restaurant after us, and placed the order after us, got their food before us.It was not even that busy but the wait time was terrible not only for us - I've noticed the family of 4 with two small kids waiting long time for their food as well.... poor kids, instead of be given the coloring paper from a waitress right away they were given it literally a minute before their food arrived. When choosing this restaurant I did a quick research and I've noticed that the cook did his learnings in Europe. Me being from Europe, I thought cool, perhaps some European experience in Canada. I was very surprised when after meal was over, when the waitress came to clean up and instead of going around the table to collect the plates, she was reaching over and asking us just to pass it to her - I know it is easy this way for waitresses, but there was not much to clean up and I believe it would be much appropriate if waitress went around to grab the empty plate instead of waiting for plates to be passed to her.The only thing that was good was a food, I mean it tasted good. I was going to give 3 stars but unfortunately my son, the birthday boy ended up going in a washroom 3 times in span of an hour.I am not coming back..p.s. please work on your waitresses' manners.

We made a reservation for birthday brunch. When we came, the place wasn't very busy, so we ordered food right away. After 35 minutes, we got ketchup and jam. After the next 10 minutes, food arrived. Food is pretty pricey but good, service not so good. The soup was spilled on the plate and the bowl didn't look very pleasant ?, The waitress needs some basic training : she did not serve each person by going around, instead she made us to serve each other. The same was with cleaning the table : she was waiting for us to hand her our plates ! I have never had this kind of service anywhere . Very disappointing. Not coming back for sure.

All I can say is Wow! My partner and I frequently visit restaurants and partake in fine dining, but we have both never experienced the level of service Ryan had to offer us. We were both very well looked after and the food was exquisitely prepared by chef Jesse and his team. The flavour combinations were unique and delectable. It was simply one of the best dining experiences I have ever had the pleasure of being served! We will definitely return.

Gluten free dish was served to the wrong person in our group and ended up giving the nongluten free dish to the celiac. When the issue was called to their attention afterwards by phone there was no response. Issue was ignored.

Brussel sprouts are fantastic. The salad ingredients were fresh and crispy! The "cassoulet" was beans on toast- toast being corn bread. For the waitress who asked me "do you even know what a cassoulet is???" Yes. Yes I do. Been to france-loved it. This is not it.

Workshop Eatery has stood the test of time in Edmonton's southwest! Food, service and quality ingredients are still top notch. The Short Rib grilled sandwich was heavenly; richly buttered bread leaves you wanting more. The chips were a bit underwhelming.

We had a lovely dinner here. The food was very good and the service matched it. We both had the hanger steak special and the deviled eggs. As someone who requires gluten free food it was such a treat to have knowledgeable staff who were able to adjust the menu to meet my needs. We will definitely be going back!Dietary restrictions: The staff were very knowledgeable and were able to adjust the menu to meet the needs of my Gluten free diet.

would say the food is mediocre. It’s nothing special and lacks flavor. I was very unimpressed in how my dishes tasted, as it sounded delicious. I will never go back to this restaurant.
