A few months ago a gave this location 5 out of 5, because their service was fantastic. Today, I am changing the 5 out of 5 to a 1 out of 5. The person on the drive through was rude and very unprofessional. I went into the restaurant to talk to the manager. He was also unprofessional and defending his employee. The manager (Danny was his name) was rude and was saying that they are trying to "train the Customers" to use the scanners themselves. I told him you have a problem, you can't even train your staff. On Tuesday, I am calling Tim Horton's Head Office and report this location. I hope Danny and his staff get fired.

Today, I witnessed such appalling treatment at this Tim Horton location that I felt compelled to write a review, despite not being one to do so. A lady was treated unfairly by a worker, and things only worsened when the manager arrived, escalating the situation and even telling her to leave. It's shocking that most of the workers don't even attempt to speak English, and after seeing other customer reviews, it's clear this place isn't worth visiting. It's unbelievable that the owner allows such behavior to persist.

The worest palce to having coffee am sure u going close soon .The service is very bad all Asian is there they talked thier language they don't care about customers service the Manger also is very rude and didn't even try to lisson u his name is danny he said take my name and go all the worker there they came and shout on me is seriouse u live this job for those place and don't care about the line up and everything I am surprised

Worse service. Their debit machines was not working. Had our drinks made and refused to give it. After making us wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. Ending our sendinf us on our way saying its not their fault. Yes it is your fault. You should have your systems maintained. They seem to be hiring teenagers at this location who has no respect or any form of customer service. They seem to not be trained. Will not be coming to this location anymore.

Had an order delivered. It got her at around 630pm. When it got here, not only was it the complete wrong order, it was an order that was made at 11 am. So they just had it sitting around all day and decided to offload on someone right before close. Like they could have at least included my actual order. When I called to tell them what they did they just tried to blame door dash. As if door dash left the order sitting on the counter all day. Take some accountability. Someone should get fired. This is a food safety issue. Couldn't believe it. This location should honestly just close down.

I will give a 5 star for a gentleman named hayden. I had to get his name to just send a compliment I went there in the evening , i had to go back something was forgotten and he was so great to deal with. So helpful and made sure i was happy with everything. Thank you very much
