Food is fine, they don't seem to screw up my order too often I guess. Staff are friendly.But.This Tim Hortons consistently has the WORST service you will experience.Unless you are in the drive through I guess. I understand people in the drive though get cranky if it takes too long so a lot of places make them a priority. But you can't ingnore your customers in the store.Not uncommon to stand at the til for 5+ minutes while they all run around and ignore you. You might get a "one minute sir".I literally only come here because I work in the area. If you have 5 extra minutes, head down the street to any other location.

It's not a location I'll be going to again. I've been through the drive through here a few times, and the people serving the coffee just do not seem to care what you ask for in your coffee. People should just say "surprise me" because anything you get will be a surprise no matter what it is you ask for anyway. They shove the coffee at you and close the window fast without even a thank you or anything and turn away so you don't ask them anything else at all. Every single time.

I ordered expresso foam they gave me expresso shot instead of fixing they add expresso foam in the same coffee. Even the duty manager was there and she totally ignored the problem the employee also said I heard expresso shot. Let me tell you everyday I order same coffee and always ask for expresso foam. I understand mistake happen but when I am double checking my order instead of correcting you are giving me same coffee. This is just not fair poor customer service. Especially when they have audacity do it in front of manager and manager is clearly ignoring it as well.

I know is great for speed but sometimes speed is not good enough we need a customer service attitude as well. Yes drivers can be annoying rude as well but not everyone is and a friendly hi and thank you can make people have a better day. Yes the workers are stress underpay and it reflects to the customer . Alot of the stuff is great but some are just moody .
