I understand that they are very busy but when my order is messed up most of the time that i mobile order? that’s ridiculous. i mobile ordered a large ice coffee with a bacon breakfast sandwich and a blueberry muffin and they gave me a bacon breakfast sandwich with no egg, everytime i have ordered that item it comes with egg and it shows on the picture there is egg. and instead of the blueberry muffin the gave me a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. unfortunately i found out too late and wasn’t able to go back and get my correct items. it says on there screen and on the receipt what my order so i don’t understand why they mess up so much.

They never have any stock of items, especially bagels. there’s really only one nice worker, and she usually works the morning. don’t waste your time ordering online because when you order online, they’ll never actually have it in stock! I’d pay the extra five dollars to go to Starbucks.

I am a blueberry fritter lover, I usually don’t buy it from this location, but I bought it twice from here. The last time I bought it, I thought it might be a genuine mistake, but after today I’ve realized that these people don’t put any blueberry filling in it. It is so less that it goes away in one bite, and the whole fritter is tasteless.When I buy it from other locations, they fill it so nicely that it drops out as I bite into it.

I wanted to order my voucher, scan the code at the checkout and receive my offer. There was a wrap with coffee or tea, to which the barista said that it said either only a wrap or only coffee, but not both. After I proved to her that the order should include a wrap and coffee, she agreed. Sellers are not competent in the field of offers.

I bought lunch today. It was a takeout. I was out of the location when I opened the bag. The chilly I ordered was half empty, and the cup lid was dirty, as seen in the picture.
Not sure why they went from having the cardboard sleeve to just wrapping the wraps, I also think that the wraps are smaller but yet still charging the same high price.

Every time I order from here they do something wrong.This is the last straw my girlfriend who can't handle spicy orders a breakfast wrap, not a farmers wrap. They put habanero in the wrap which isn't supposed to go in any breakfast wrap unless asked for. ALSO they burnt the bagel making the only things they didn't mess up are the hot chocolate and donut. Caramel latte definitely doesn't have enough caremel but I predicted that and used my own
