Drive through side by the 5 guys, excellent, gets it right every time. Car wash side, dogwater it's awful never gets it right no matter how simple the order is, also slow as a snail. Also this tim hortons as a whole... just get an esspresso machine, your a coffee shop, get rid of a non coffee related thing to make it fit.

Terrible location. The atmosphere is terrible there so focused on drive through that at times I’m waiting at the front for service while five people are working the drive through.The staff seem so stressed out management run these people to the ground. I’m afraid the older lady’s might one day have a heart attack the way management treats them.As a customer the service and way the staff gets treated is like no other. This morning at 830am drive through line there was a little lady usually really rude and stressed out I was suppose to get a free coffee and got charged she gave me attitude like it was my fault this will be the last time going to this location. Victoria trail across the bridge the people are so friendly not here.!

I was rushed through my entire order. I kept having to say I'm not done yet. Then I wanted 6 donuts some specialty (who cares I still want them) she proceed to argue with me over something I wasn't even arguing over lol I had to reply I just want my donuts lady. And my breakfast sandwich was so cold the cheese felt like ice. :( very disappointing.

Ordered for two different people 2 drinks 2 doughnuts along with food and timbits. The Iced cap was watery and separating, soo gross.The food wasn't wrapped properly and falling appart into the bag. The doughnuts, Boston cream and sourcream glazed where smushed in the same bag, contaminating the sour cream glaze with chocolate! Wth. I don't want chocolate on my sour cream doughnuts. Soo gross ? the coffee was ok timbits would have been OK if they didn't sneak in some pumpkin spice on me, the bday cake also changed some time ago its now cherry chip with sprinkles ontop, way too sweet. In the end everything was gross!
