Staff need proper training on how to use the order receiving panel and may be also double check before placing an order.It is also helpful to recognize that you need extra hands especially in the food industry around peak hours so staff are not overworked. Otherwise nice service staff.

Customer service was bad. The lady who was filipina ignored me multiple times when i politely asked to have the bathroom key to use the bathroom. I asked another lady she also ignored me. 10 minutre passed. Eventually she walked to the bathroom without talking to me and opened the bathroom door. I thought she was gonna hand me the key. I never experience this kind of attitude towards a customer asking to use the bathroom. Very disappointed.
