The staff are friendly but if you think your order is going to be correct, you'd be right about 25% of the time. I have been to this establishment 6 times in the last month and only twice was my order correct. I order a simply sausage biscuit, I don't see how that is complicated. Today I recieved a wrap with bacon? It's really frustrating, especially when you go in the drive thru so you don't open your order till you get to your destination.My advice, look at your order before driving away.

Went in today for a breakfast combo with large tea..surprisingly I was told that they charge 15cent for paper bag..seriously 15cent for those small paper bags to hold a breakfast sandwich n a hash brown this is insane..never heard of that before..just avaricious..

Left without ordering. Staff ignored me then told me to wait a moment, so I waited, but after a while, I saw the staff member who I talked to wiping the floor. The other staff stood by not helping customers, noticing me, and ignoring me as well. This is not my first experience being ignored by staff at this location.

You would hope you'd have fast service on a Sunday when you have 4 people working and 2 cars in the drive through. Unfortunately, that is not the case.This location is always notoriously slow. If you want your coffee prepared slowly and you are not in a hurry, be sure to visit this Tim Hortons.

I ordered a BLT sandwich with extra mayonnaise but I got a BLT with no mayonnaise sandwich was dry and gross.
Drive thru staff was horrible, had to repeat order multiple time before they got it right. Bagel breakfast sandwiche was thrown together with no care. Eggs are gross. Ice cap was just frozen cream, no actual coffee. Never going to this location again.

The washrooms were extremely dirty and disgusting (not adding pics on purpose) and when the staff was requested to clean the washrooms they took at least 15 - 20 mins to clean and despite that, they did not clean anything except for moping the floors.Extremely disappointing and disgusting.
