My steeped tea needed to be warmed up before I could drink it TWO DAYS IN A ROW.Sub-par service on a good day.Edited to add that I asked the Tim's employee on the second day if the tea was hot and she said that it was. It was not.

I ordered a tea, I told the worker want I wanted in the tea, and her and the other worker started to laugh and make fun of what i wanted in my tea. I have worked fast food, I have taken some odd orders, but I have never made fun of the person's order. How can you employ people that make your customers uncomfortable about their OWN order?

I am posting for the first time about Timhorton so I always pick up my coffee for our store. So yesterday I got cold coffee so I couldn't get chance back but luckily front staffKomal (East Indian) with a Glass was so Disrespectful in listening as didn't even want to hear from md she told me to go! Literally shocked when they told me she is a supervisor woooow good pick and even the employee say that about herToday I spoke Joadi (Manager) listened and fixed the problemThanks for understanding Joadi real manager

Worst place ever... They ran out of cream.. what kind of coffee shop runs out of cream? Also they changed the bread on my sandwich and replaced with bagel without notifying me. Definitely will not be returningEdit... Manager gave me a call and rectified the issue. Good on them.

The food is good…but not the workers… I asked for a change of gloves as I was vegetarian and they make a non veg meal recently…. They did that but the response of doing the deed was in anguish. Please be kind and respective to each customer
Coming from a customer service background I can understand how rushes are stressful. With that being said… in no way shape or form should the customer get attitude, be ignored or be given dirty looks when their order wasn’t fulfilled or forgotten! This boils down to staff needing to be organized and working together in a high paced establishment.

There is a staff member that works here that takes the time to stir/blend the drinks which makes a huge difference when it comes to the taste. I've had coffee, tea and iced caps that are not properly mixed and they taste awful, and ones blended that make it taste quite nice.They didn't have wraps the few times I asked or whipped cream which is the only down side.If you are in need of a Tim's beverage near city center this is the location.

There are 2 locations in city center. This one specifically must not want to make any money. The women that work there have ZERO sense of urgency. They all move like slugs and act like they don't have a line up of 5 people waiting to get to work with 5 people waiting for a simple coffee. So disappointing. I watched one woman here stand and have a conversation while holding my cup! Come on ....

Worst TimHortans I’ve been to so far, I was there yesterday with my girlfriend, son and mother in law, the workers were so slow and had no brain, they got my order wrong and were being rude , when we asked for the receipt the girl that worked there gave us attitude as well the other man would talk over my mother in law.Don’t recommend going here!They tried to fight my mother in law!!!
