Those are the cheapest people I have seen. I have ordered a yogurt, and they put a half size more than any other Tim Horton in the city. They were not willing to do proper serving, saying that is how they make it. As I see, I am not the only one to complain about this location. The worst Tim Horton in the city. They do not care for any customer complain.

Food was great but the service was horrible. For every item you order they say just a minute, and make you wait so it takes longer to order. BUY when you get to the window they practically throw the items at you and say bye. When I pointed out they forgot my ice cap, they looked around, shoved it out the window and said okay bye (no sorry or pleasantries at all). It's like this all the time like their window wait time is more important that common customer service. If I can go anywhere else I will.

I've been here a few times and there's usually an issue - my order took several minutes once, was outright wrong another time... The last time I went my rewards card wasn't scanned and I lost out on two donuts' worth of points, plus 4 rolls.

My recent visit to Tim Hortons was average, as I experienced slow service and noticed that the facility was poorly maintained. The wait times were longer than expected, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. Additionally, the facility seemed to be in need of better upkeep, with cleanliness and organization lacking. While the food and drinks were consistent with Tim Hortons' standards, the service and environment left something to be desired. With improvements in service efficiency and facility maintenance, this Tim Hortons location could offer a more positive experience for customers.

Kindly do not prioritize personal inquiries over customer service, Personal inquiries such as asking age, contact number and background. which has negatively impacted my experience as customer. I have noticed it while drive through service. Please work on providing quality services.Thank you

I usually go everyday to Tim Hortons but today I believe this is my first time I have seen such an excellent and kind Tim Horton employee’s Customer Service who spoke very sweetly and kindly. I was their around 1302 hours, honestly most of the Tim Hortons employees who served me with coffee, always had fake smile on their faces and treat like they do not even want to talk.But this young lady Nav served me a Large Coffee and gave me a compliment. Thankyou for being nice and kind. I hope Tim Hortons should Hire Employees like her.Thankyou Nav, you made my Day

I was given this burnt garbage this morning. Start checking your orders before you leave this is ridiculous and not edible.The staff done seem to care that they are taking my money that I worked hard for and selling me trash. This is theft as far as I’m concerned. TRASH

I have gone 3 different times and the same girl can not get my points on my app to work the second time she had it work and then messed it up and then I couldn't use my point cause I had to wait for half hour but had to be at work then go back today not to my surprise the same girl could not get it to work she just stood there with a irritated face wow is that bad customer service I really think I will pass on to others about the bad service and I'm in customer service for a living... like no response well every day I tell people not to go to this timmies I deal with tons of people everyday so have a good day..
