This location always looks and feels too disheveled, with it's chaoticly sporadic potholes and bent in fences and general imagery of the establishment.A little touch up to the parking lot would be a huge welcome benefit, and maybe promote a reason as to why I would go to THIS Tim's, Vs. My closest Tim's .Parking: Very poorly maintained, be cautious when driving over and around this area!!

It's a great place if you just want to sit down for a coffee and a donut. And also if you want to have a full grown meal. Love the atmosphere and the space it's quite open. Got to go there. They are relatively fast as well. Mom and I go there with Pop often. As well as friends.

Constantly changing their hours and don’t update online. And even when it is during their “open hours” staff like to lock the door 15-20mins before closing

Very unorganized and awful customer service. The staff did not have the correct amount of change in the till to provide me when I paid cash. They had limited selection available also for baked goods the shelves were empty and it was mid-afternoon. I will not be going back. Normally I love Tim hortons but the customer service experience ruined it for me.

Unable to provide TooGoodToGo service.This location offers a service with TooGoodToGo, after purchasing this for January 2nd, I came into the location and was told they are not able to offer it as they were closed the day prior and don’t have any “left overs”Instead of offering a solution, I was told I need to contact TooGoodToGo and attempt to cancel it with them. Even though the policy provided is 2 hours prior to pickup to be able to cancel.Not the employee’s fault, but a lack of communication and providing a solution is where the review comes from.

This is my local Tim's, so I'm a regular here. Occasionally, service can be a bit slow, but it's generally only when they're understaffed or training somebody new. I used to work at a different Tim Hortons, so I know their job well, and these guys always follow spec.They don't have a drive thru, and their iced capp machine is an older model, but neither of those things are really under the staff's control.--------------Hint to management/corporate:Y'all seem to have a high turnover rate. If you're anything like the Tims I worked for, pay your staff more. Your turnover rate will decrease significantly, therefore saving you costs on repeated hiring, training, and new uniforms. The cost of living is insane right now; staff need a liveable wage, or they'll simply find somewhere else to work.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicapped parking stall, a ramp, and an automatic door. Lots of space in front of the counter for accessibility.
