It was a quiet afternoon. I always enjoy going to TIm Horton. I had one of the bowls they’re offering on the menu. It was good. My son ate all his food (it was a wrap). However, the next day he woke up sick. I cannot say it was the food. All I can say is please keep cleaning and keeping the proper standards for food service.

Today went into the store my wife was waiting to be served and first in line. I was behind her she was ignored we were waiting 5 min then I told her to take a table but when I was in line I had to wait an additional 5 minThe best Part is after I fully paid for my meal I took 4 napkins an older lady started yelling at me why you taking napkins I told her you want them back or do I have to pay for each napkin she stopped yelling at meI have taken the time to Call Corporate office they said they will deal with it on there endI have always left Tim’s with a smile and satisfiedToday I left very upset I Personslly think the manager should be removed from her position and that older lady that’s works there should get some anger management or simply remove her on second thought looking at all the single stars I’m amazed these people are still working hereIf Corporate would like to talk further about this I would love it and would mind VENTING MOREI hope this complaint is not brushed offIf anybody reads this before entering go to the Tim’s by the Superstore avoid this one at all costs there is no point being upset after having your first cup of Coffey and your Breakfast

While the space is lovely, we decided today to not come back here again. We always complain about their empty trays even hours before closing but we come back because of the space. But today the service was aweful as well, there was a lady who was rude, not knowing what she's doing and made a mistake in taking our order. When I returned the wrong AND burnt bagel back to change it with the right one, she had an attitude and was very cheap. She was also rude to her colleagues when they were helping me to get the right order.

The staff member taking orders this morning had an attitude when I asked her to repeat my order to me since she didn't put the order on the screen at the Intercom - I was just trying to make sure she had my order correct as it didn't sound like it when she took my order initially.The wraps I got were honestly subpar, I have had better at other locations, but my tea was made well.

Coworkers aren’t paying attention to the customers inside, but only for a drive through! For a second time we have to wait and ask to take our orders and they’re not friendly at all. I’m feeling humiliated and I’m gonna share it to all my friends - stop to visit this exact place!

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently. Unfortunately, there was hair in my drink, which I found to be quite unacceptable. The presence of foreign matter in my beverage significantly impacted my perception of the establishment, reflecting poorly on their hygiene standards. Moreover, the incident highlighted a lapse in customer service, as it wasn't addressed appropriately. This experience has left me hesitant to revisit the location, hoping for improvements in both cleanliness and customer care.This tim Horton in particular so bad do not go there unless it improves.

Went threw the drive thru and ordered a steep tea 2 milk 1 sugar. As soon as I got my tea I knew something was wrong. The cup was cold to the touch, not even Luke warm. Tasted it and it was just straight milk and barely any tea. There was a line and I had an appointment so I figured I'd go back. When I went back 30 minutes later, i asked for a new tea the cashier just said we will re-heat it for you and put the cup in the microwave. I asked if i could just get a new one and watched her dissappear in the back and come back two seconds later with the same cup and said here. I tasted it and it was the same milk/tea I had originally got. She proceeded to close the window and just left. At this point it wasn't even worth the $2 anymore and she was clearly ignoring me. So I just left.Honestly mistakes happen and at no point was I rude or raised my voice, I just wanted a tea on a cold day.

Honestly this was my favourite location to go to, their food and drinks were always fresh. But this recent visit (drive thru) was not that great. The person taking my order did a fantastic job. But the lady at the window gave me the wrong drinks (did not label the lids - I asked for 2 steep tea but gave me 2 double double instead) then gave me two completely different wraps from what I ordered. She did not greet me nor told me what she was handing me. It’s the small things that made me not want to come here again. I realized my order was completed wrong when I got home so there wasn’t much that could’ve been done. Very disappointed at this location.

We always use drive through in this location, which is fine but today I use dine in and my experience is very disappointing.The service was very poor,My coffee wasn’t freshly brewed,Food was cold,My soup cup was dirty ?Their dine in area is nice but they don’t kept it clean.Looking forward for big bosses attention.

I was impressed with the chicken cilantro lime bowl I have had this at many Tim Hortons locations. I must say this one was the best I’ve had. I know that they are suppose to be consistent but they are not.
