A very clean restaurant with friendly staff, good food ( as good as Tim Hortons gets) and fast service. The staff didn't even seem to mind when we sat in their establishment for a few hours while we waited for our Air BNB to be ready. If it weren't so far war I normally stay, I would frequent there more

Staff is incredibly rude. I’ve been coming to this Tims location for many years now and if staff don’t start freshing up on their manners and professionalism. Consider me a longtime customer lost. There are plenty of other Tim Hortans in the city with staff who know how to treat a fellow human being with respect.

There is this two lady that works usually at dawn. One lady that is more slim than the other wears a makeup, her attitude is unacceptable. When you ask her a question, she would stare at you like you just ask a dumb question. She would talk to you rudely and hand your food with no manners. I know some people have bad days so i don’t like complaining but my friends and i have been coming here for a couple months now and its an occurring thing. Very poor customer service and not very good communication skills. I would not recommend coming there at dawn when those two are working.

Got a Blackberry Yuzu drink at 11:20pm and it tasted terrible they are always my go to drink and it tasted like it went sour, the drink itself tasted like rotten fruit. Will never come back here. They also were out of chocolate Timbits which is very disappointing.

I don't understand why they keep making honey crullers. That's the only thing left at the end of the night. People like vanilla dip, People like honey dip. Make more of those, so that when people order at 9: 00pm, everyone can smile knowing you have others besides Honey Crullers and Old Fashion plain donuts left...

I have yet to go through the drive through or enter the store and have a staff member be friendly and welcoming! You need to have your staff attend customer service workshops they are abundantly rude every single time:( it’s really unfortunate that you read others reviews and every one is saying the same thing over and over. Obviously the owner of this location has no care for his customers if they see the problem and do not fix it!
