worst experience ever. the worker had no clue what he was doing gave me a half empty oreo iced capp with a bunch of syrup at the bottom. disappointed.

I came in to the drive thru to get some food before work around 10:30am on May 14, there was no line so I assumed I’d be in at out. Nope, the lady on the intercom took 10 minutes to take my order I clearly stated what I wanted and even told her I couldn’t wait for the hashbrowns because I was in a rush and would be late to work. I then had to repeat at the end of the conversation if she would just get my order in since I would be late. After finally getting my order in I had to wait for the guy in front of me to get his hashbrown, why not just move to the parking lot, at that point I should’ve just got the hashbrown. By the end I couldn’t even get my food because I was running late for work since this entire interaction took 15 minutes. Worst part about it, the lady didn’t even seem apologetic. Now I am late for work with no food, thanks

I kid you not they are sold out of everything past 5pm worst experience I’ve had in a drive through…
multiple times ive ordered from skip the dishes and had an order rejected because someone on their side isnt clicking to confirm orders. i recently placed one like 20 mins ago from this review.
