A manager here who works morning, older lady goes out of her way to be rude to me every time I get my coffee. Today instead of saying thanks have a good day, she kept my change and asked me what I was doing still sitting there. SO CRAZY.
Moved to this location a few months ago trying to make this my new Tim’s to stop for my morning coffee but only one East Indian woman had very poor customer service and very rude attitude towards me not once’s but every single time she is on the Drive-thru window every other worker’s are very friendly because of her this is not gonna be my new spot!

DT staff and supervi is VERY ABUSIVE towards customer. I was treated very bad and felt lost.They treated me extremely bad at a point wanted to sue the location.Dont treat your customers like this. This is Canada and not india or philipine!
