The short man with glasses should be fired as soon as possible. His attitude to customer was unfriendly even rude. He ruined my mood for sure. He worked at the small tims at Friday 7:00am.
Unfriendly staff first of all. Also we ordered wedges that i had to throw away bcz it was soooo hard and no moist and wasn’t able to chewing them. They are mostly busy as a lot of students in uofa and bug line which is okay for me but the quality is so down! French vanilla wasn’t sweet enough and they don’t hear me carefully when i order. Always messed up my tea or coffee! But we don’t have much option for coffee so have to go there anyway!

Decent Tim Hortons spot on campus. It is a convenient location, although it is always incredibly busy. Food was average as was the coffee. The staff are quite friendly and work quickly to get orders out on time.
