The building 6 location’s management is really poor. No consideration of allergies even when told. Understandable bc they get too busy. But this is the 4th day straight this has happened which is not cool. Ordered sausage english muffin, the muffin had no sausage just cheese. Got a wrap without tomatoes bc I am allergic but again no consideration, the wrap was loaded with tomatoes. Management should look into this.

It's been a few weeks since this event, but long short of it, they served me poisoned coffee.From what I've gathered, the coffee machine was not properly cleaned, so an extra ingredient of cleaning solution was added to my coffee. Wouldn't recommend it. I'm not one for coffee that tastes like a dentist trip.

During my recent visit to the Tim Hortons outlet in MacEwan University Building 6, I noticed a decline in the quality of the Large Iced Cap, which didn't quite meet the standard I'm accustomed to. As a result, I decided to try another location within the same establishment, opting for Building 8.I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service provided at Tim Horton Building 8, particularly by Parmajeet, known as "Pam." Despite facing a busy period with long queues and numerous orders, Pam remained composed, courteous, and ensured that my order was promptly and accurately fulfilled.The dedication exhibited by the team at Building 8 deserves recognition and appreciation from both management and customers alike.
