Whenever u go there they don’t have anything.Staff is so rude, when u confront them they are so rude and close the window on your face without listening. She gave the boston cream to me but the whole box was dirty, when i asked for napkin she was so rude.

I changed my order and they didnt change it and blamed it on mr and looking at the screen. Over charged me. I said no I asked you to change it. They closed the doors on me. An other lady started to get mad at me blaming on me again. Wouldn’t refund me the extra 4 bucks lol finallt gave me 4 cash and as I drove away my two you g kids said mom she just called you a b word … so great job staff !

I stop at this store just about every morning on my way to work. I have the same repetitive argument Over a brown thermos refill. Seriously if you don’t know the items on your till then, either familiarize yourself or find a new job rather than making a customer feel like they are stupid. The lady at the drive-through was extremely rude to me today and when I asked her if I could have her name it was, I don’t want to tell you. Today was my last visit To this location as I don’t like sitting in the drive-through for a ridiculous amount of time just to get my coffee for the day

Stop for a morning decaffeinated coffee and sausage, egg on English muffin. I watched the clerk pour half a regular coffee and fill the rest of my cup with hot water, my muffin sandwich was freezer cold. I plan on contacting Tim’s head office and reporting this location.This is wrong on so many levels.
