I ordered a custom wrap which i have to order twice in span of 25 minutes bcoz they were too busy to do my order... and then they dont even gave me my custom order .. the staff was super rude and dont pay attention to first come first serve policy... had the worst experience of my life..
I was at that location around 940 am line up, when I got at the cashier he didn’t let me finish do my payment and already was calling the next one in line; so far so good. When I asked for my receipt he told me “ you don’t need receipt” I was like excuse me sir? Off course that I do need receipt. The guy obviously hand me the receipt with the worst attitude in the world. And later when in got my food. That was bad prepare, just cream cheese on half of the bagel. Seriously....read full review

I got some muffins and Crispy Chicken Cravable. When I asked for extra butter they be like I have to charge u for that. Then I had to be in the line again, this time there was different employee to take my order, I asked for butter, she said you don't have to pay unless u need a knife too. Some of the staff is really rude. I also work at Tim Hortons, we don't charge for on-side butter with a sandwich or muffin.
