Disappointed that I went through the drive thru this morning and had to go wait out front for my order for 5 minutes. The sad part of it is that I had to go in and get it and seen it sitting on the counter. My cappuccino was cold and the ice cap was already separating.Always friendly service at the window with a smile, but what is a drive thru for?
