One of the worst tim horton’s in Edmonton. The staff members don’t know how to talk to customers. A staff member named “Joana” needs to be fired as soon as possible. I see her arguing with customers a lot. This location is gonna have bad reputation just because of her. I suggest the owner/manager to take action fast

Yesterday around 12:30pm, my friend and I visited the Tim Hortons near the Shell station in Callingwood. After my friend made her purchase, she asked me what I wanted to add to her order. I informed both my friend and the cashier, Miga, who displayed poor customer service and seemed disengaged. Despite my clear request for a small decaf coffee with a quarter French vanilla, the cashier entered 3/4 French vanilla with 1/4 coffee into the till. When I received the order, it was incorrect. I pointed out the mistake, but the cashier insisted that was how it was entered into the system. I told her how come I always order this kind of coffee every morning and I have no issue with the other cashier but still she insisted that was how it was entered into the system. The lack of communication between the cashier, Miga and the other staff member resulted in the wrong order being prepared. I checked the order and confirmed that it was indeed incorrect. When I requested the correct order, the other staff member apologized and agreed to remake it. I expressed my frustration to the cashier, Miga. As I was in a hurry and had already reminded her of my order, her insistence on blaming me for the mistake was aggravating. This led to a confrontation where she raised her voice, even with other customers present. Even as I was already close to the door, she continued to talk nonstop. I raised my voice and informed her that I would complain to her manager, to which she laughed and encouraged me to do so. I was taken aback by her unprofessional behavior. This incident is not isolated; a few months ago, my husband purchased hot chili soup, which usually comes with bread and butter. However, the bread was served cold and seemed like it came from the fridge. It was so hard, like a rock, which was disappointing. We had intended to return it, but we didn't have time because we were going out of town. As a result, we ended up throwing it away. I am urging the manager to review the security footage to witness the altercation and address the instances of poor customer service from this particular staff member.

Ordered online with a 15 minute delay to get a full hot order. Upon arrival I got cold assorted Timbits with not full set, namely 4 kinds of 5. I do not understand how in such a wonderful company can work such a careless workers allowing such a low service, which in turn reflects on the name of the company, which has been gaining its reputation for years.Among the four types, I liked the one with the colorful sprinkles.If this review is read by an authorized employee of the company, please pay attention to this and take appropriate measures to fix these problems in customer service. Or do I need to get a job with you as a specialist in quality control and customer service to ensure order in this sphere?

This store has one of the best services! They have the sweetest smiles, which also implies that they have great customer service. I always come before lunch to order my late morning coffee, and the crew named Grace is always there. She really is an amazing person! She works with no flaw and always exhibits perfection in making my coffee with a bonus of her enthusiastic personality.

General Boom

In my experiences here, I have never had a problem with any of the staff except for Grace. She is constantly annoyed at customers and rolled her eyes recently simply because there was a mistake with the order, mumbling remarks under her breath swearing at the customer. I believe that this behaviour is unacceptable for such an establishment and must be dealt with in order to preserve its reputation.

Incredibly lazy and rude girl at cash. Didn't want to count cash or coins and kept making excuses as to why we couldn't pay with them. Don't be a cashier if you don't want to count money.

Since it reopened, I've gone quite a few times and 9/10 the workers there are kinda rude. Seems like they really don't wanna work there, I get it cause retail sucks and I'm sure customers can be rude, but I'm never passive aggressive or condescending. If you're gonna buy from Tim's do mobile pickup or go to the Lessard Rd location.

Well it says it’s open until 11pm when I googled the hours. It’s the Tim Hortons inside the gas station. However, I went there last night (Wednesday) at around 9:40pm and I walked inside and the girl working told me she was closed. The lights were still on and the menus were still on and she was talking to the guy working in the convenience store as he was over on that side. I asked her what time it closes at and she said 9:15pm (which I thought was a weird closing time). She told me she didn’t have any coffee left.Seems to me the employee who was working just wanted to get off her shift and close the store so she was more focused on getting their closing tasks done rather than serving customers until closing time. I ended up driving to the Tim Hortons in Hawkstone down the road.

I am writing this review because of the worst experience I had with GRACE. She is an absolute failure for this great organisation as she delivered the worst service. I have been a regular customer and never dealt with any bad service but she has made me think twice of going to this specific franchise store. She was extremely rude and impatient. She clearly does not know how to deliver service. I will not be going there again. I hope she learns a lesson otherwise you would be gradually losing your customers.
