This place has only gotten better over the years. Not only is the pizza incredible but the owners and customer service is unmatched. They went above and beyond for us and I can’t wait to order from them again!

Overall a mediocre dining experience. The bruschetta was good to start and a good portion. Then we ordered the Pescatore, Gnocchi Boscaiola, and the Pappardelle con Ragu for mains. The Pescatore was meh, the noodles were overcooked and the sauce bland. The gnocchi tasted more like mashed potatoes than a potato pasta, and the sauce, which is supposed to be wild mushrooms, was definitely not - button mushrooms are great, but not wild. The ragu was ok, but nothing to write home about or say anything more about. For the price of the meals there should be a little more pride in the preparation. I have to add 5.50 for flat pop is just disappointing.

There is no better Italian food in Edmonton. It is an experience. Everything we ordered was perfect. Absolute perfection. I can’t describe it.The atmosphere and serving staff are wonderful, and the food is like nothing I’ve ever had.It is a must for date night in #yeg, or any special occasion you can think of! Just eat here. You will not regret it!
Had the pizza! It was fantastic. Great service tooThe décor of the restaurant is really nice. A bit pricey thoughVegetarian options: There are some veg options
Best once. Ok good and not good service now.A new review. After a xear the chef bought it and it is superb again, hurrah. Food is back to being excellent and service is tops. Cheesecake is less inventive but tops and mains are better than ever. Pizzas are perfect. And so are sous salads ,and sorbets, A 9 again.Parking: Tesla chargers. Shared parking lot with hotel gets filled soon.

I came to Vaticano Cucina recently. I’d give the restaurant 8.8/10 for its unique décor, comforting atmosphere, excellent service, and quality food. I recommend coming here with family or for a special occasion. Highlights include:- Service, Atmosphere, Decor: 9/10- Barone Montalto Pinot Grigio: 8.8/10: House wine, light and goes well with food- Saute Di Cozze: 8.8/10 Mussels tossed in rose, overall fresh and flavourful- Gnocchi Boscaiola: 8.5/10: Creamy well made gnocchi in mushroom sauce. Glad there was the wine or else it probably would've been too creamy towards the end- Sticky Toffee Pudding: 8.5/10: Good valance if sponge cake with toffee sauce and ice cream
Consistently great food and service.
