I love the unique choices of coffee they had and the atmosphere, but I can only give a 3 star for food because the sausage roll I bought was given to me cold in a bag (they used to put it on a plate and serve it nice and warm). This is why I don't like giving the tip before I receive my food. To the person serving the food : please heat up the food items to at least room temperature. It was like eating a sausage roll taken out of the fridge- not pleasant.I will say the the symphony Frappe was delicious!

I just went this morning for the first time, i need coffee before work and was getting late and found this on google wasn't sure about it but i was pleasantly surprised, the coffee was amazing and the ambiance is very nice the girls were very sweet as well i will definitely be coming back.

They had lemonade on the menu. When I ordered it the server informed me that they ran out of lemonade. No problem it happens. I said I would just have a bottle of water. She checked and said they also ran out of bottled water. A coffee shop runs out of bottled water? I have never had that happen before. Poor management if you don't even have bottled water on hand. I will say the young lady that served me was very pleasant and I could tell she was embarrassed to have to say she had no water. I ended up ordering a Italian soda which was terrible. Zero taste - just about the same as just having soda water.

I just discovered this cafe and it sooo good! The coffee is amazing better then starbucks in my opinion and the staff is sooo sweeet! They are always smiling and friendly and give the best customer service. When i went there was a rush going on but still both girls had smiles and were very welcoming it has become my new favourite spot.

Deplorable attitude ,went through drive threw april 6 around 11;30 am grabbed a large chia and muffin , they asked if I wanted it warmed , yes . they handed it to me and shut window , realized it was cold so honked a few times another girl who was brushing her hair up into a ponytail looked around the corner and gave me the dirtiest look , I asked why shes giving dirty looks and she replied she hasnt started her shift yet so thats why , I asked for manager she said was wasnt there and that shes not giving me her name and asked why Im giving her attitude , Like WHAT!!!! young asian girl I think the other girl said her name was stephanie . Disgusting service and reading the reviews on how staff make people feel bad for walking in clearly haven't changed in a year so please dont apologize once again if you cant have friendly lovely ladies who dont brush their hair around food!!!!!!

First time going yesterday. The cappuccino was good and the Filipino lady at the till was nice but the interior ambience is not inviting at all! I opted to sit outside with the bees rather than sit inside. Those orange leather chairs belong in the dump! Eww they look like a health hazard. All torn and sunken in. Have more pride in your shop and go get some new furniture!Edit:Came in today and looks like they have some new blue suede couches which was a pleasant surprise. The barista with the leopard headband and glasses was working so hard and so pleasant:)I love that they have keto coffee but please use good quality grass fed butter not those little restaurant packets of butter
