Wendy's used to be our goto for inexpensive meals. Although it was fresh and hot, its too bad inflation has hit another trusted source for fast food. They were busy, and focused more on the drive through more than customers who came in to dine. They should really do first to the register or first order gets their order then intermittently switch to a dine in currency and then drive through rather than all drive through.
Came in at 11:10 and was told they aren’t taking anymore orders. Every time I come to order food after 11:00pm they say there system is down and rebooting. I am mindful and don’t come when it’s almost closing time. This is the third time it’s happened and it’s always the same excuse. I also asked if I could wait and was told no bc it will take 40min for it to reboot. Customer service was horrible. Wow! Lots of negative reviews on here! My experience was negative, but manager Harbeeb(sp?), made it a very positive one. I ordered three Frosy's, of varying sizes, on March 22nd around 8pm. There was one car in front of us, and it took a very long time, before we moved up. I was handed the Frosty's, and was told that they gave us, a free medium Frosty, for having to wait so long.
