They give me wrong order even if I asked them 2 times if that’s the right one .i will not go back there anymore they were careless in my opinion.

Holy wow! Rajbeer! I have never stepped foot in a fast food restaurant and been so starstruck. First of all, AMAZING customer service from Rajbeer, this woman deserves a raise. As soon as I came in she made me smile, I legitimately forgot my order at this moment. She was patient with me however. Rajbeer, did her absolute best to make me and my boyfriend feel welcome. Thank you for this service. Lastly, I better hear that Rajbeer, got a raise for this service tonight. 3/23/2024.

I ordered online so wouldn't have to wait long to pick up my order, but I still had to wait.I literally got to the restaurant 5 minutes after I made my order on skip, waited, then 3 customers got served before I did before anyone at the counter asked/gave me my skip order. and when I got it, these girls didnt even check to look at the receipt to see if i got everything in my order cuz I was missing my drink, and again i had to wait even longer for them to get back to me so i could ask for my drink. It was not even busy when I got there. I might as well order in person if theyre not gonna bother checking for online order pickups. theres usually a guy thats pretty good with online order pickups, but today he wasn't there.Like i understand minimum wage isnt very motivating to work with, but they really put the minimum in minimum wage, we need to start paying these workers more to get some more steam out of them, this is ridiculous.

The food was good. The staff were polite. However, I wanted a baked potato and they had none. Also, significant homeless population in the parking lot, on the sidewalk, and in the dining room. Homeless people using bathroom and eating food not purchased at the Wendy's.There was a major theft while I was there. A young woman left her laptop unattended and claimed it went missing during some fleeting moments. Avoid this place like the plaque. I won't go back.

Today I got the Jr. bacon cheese burger and small fries. I went back to university to study. I felt itchiness all over my body. I went to bathroom to see what was going on. My body had red bumps and rashes all over. I did not eat anything today beside the Wendy’s burger. I do not have allergy from fast food burgers. I assume the burger was cross contaminated or just served dirty. I will never go to this location. I would not recommend this location.
