One of the reasons we came here is that I hadn't been to a White Spot location in a while and we had company in from out of town who would be hungry on our way into Edmonton from the airport.... and we wanted a family friendly restaurant. This location delivered on all of these things and more! The staff were great a checking our ID and vaccination proof so that we could sit down and peruse the menu. Staff were great at refilling beverages, taking our orders, and providing a to-go container for the kid's meal. The Pirate ship where the kid's meal was served was impressive but the double sided crayons and the activity page really put this location over the top! The kid had never seen double sided crayons before so it was extra special. The food itself was good but not outstanding. Everyone had something that they enjoyed. The left over kid's meal items weren't great the next day or later but that's not the intent. We really liked the fact that the restaurant wasn't crowded and we were seated away from other patrons from a pandemic risk perspective. We also liked the fact that they had a high chair for the kid and the fact that we weren't disrupting other diners by being there. The parking lot was a bit icy but so were most roads/parking lots on the date in question. The pandemic related signage was good and clear posting the public health messages.

Fantastic fish and chips! When I lived in BC the local White Spot was a regular haunt. It was a well-regarded local chain of family restaurants. Nostalgia drew me here but this place was much better than the White Spot restaurants I knew back on the coast. The servers were great, patient and friendly. The room is mainly booths, with soft lighting and warm colours and it feels like a nice place to be. For me, that alone makes it worth the drive to visit this place. The meal is what makes me look forward to making this trip again though. Back on the coast, my standard White Spot choice was fish & chips. That was what I had when I visited here but the food here was so much better than I remembered! They used fresh halibut and home made chips, even a scratch-made tartar sauce. Absolutely great! I usually try to avoid chain restaurants but this place is a definite exception. Everything was done with care and attentions and the service was excellent. Next time I get a craving for great fish &chips; this is where you’ll find me.

An incredibly disappointing burger. For $15.49 a big juicy cheeseburger with tasty toppings should be placed before you; not the McDonald's kid's meal hamburger that they allow themselves to present. I felt offended.

This is a great place to go with your kids. The food is pretty reasonable and it's really tasty. Their breakfast is fantastic. Last couple times I've been the service has been outstanding as well. Even on a super busy Sunday the wait isn't usually longer than 5 mins. It's like an u serrated gem. If you wanted to go to Denny's or Ihop but the wait is too long this place won't disappoint and frankly it's much better than those places. It's fulfills the void left by Red Robin closing.

Took an hour for two kids meals and a second hour for three turkey specials, which had been preordered a week in advance. While our server was clearly doing her best, and brought out an order of fries to calm down two hangry girls, the manager who spoke to us was horrendous. Firstly he claimed they were out of turkey due to skip the dishes, ever though we had preordered l our order had been reassigned. Then after fourty five min waiting we werr told they had turkey, but no potatoes and at 5:30 pm it was "too late to start peeling and cooking more potatoes" while the resturaunt continued to ship our a Skip the Dishes orders at 1 order ever 6 min, which was apalling to watch from out booth with two screaming toddlers. Will never return.

Up-scale ambiance at this White Spot, joined to the Sheraton. But with the same great burgers we first tried in Vancouver. The Impossible burger, with slices of Avocado, was wonderful - a great match with a WS lager. My wife had the Chicken Caesar wrap, that was equally delicious. A bit pricier than other burger places, but worth it. And nicer surroundings.

left after over 45 minutes of waiting for 3 breakfasts. Waitress came by once to offer a coffee refill but mentioned nothing of the extended wait until we were asking to pay for our drinks to leave. Excuse was "one guy alone on kitchen and a bunch of SKIP orders ahead of us". Maybe they are good on skip but definitely not for in person dining.

Oh my God whats not to love about a legendary burger. Its name speaks for itself. Bottomless fries.Very friendly waitress. Probably some of the better service I've had in a while.

Typically we find the service to be a bit slow. But to be fair, I think the servers are working short staffed and they seem to be busy. Food is pretty good here, and the staff are friendly.

My friend hyped up the place to me as this is a restaurant chain in the West. I ordered the Chicken Cesar Wrap with The Spot Salad and it was great. It lived up to the hype. The staffs are friendly! Would come again!
