First time here. The wings were decent, sauce was great, and garlic parm fries were amazing. My son said his salt and pepper wings were a bit bland, but otherwise no complaints. Ordering was quick and didn't have to wait too long for the food. There wasn't any seating available for more than 2 people (as some customers were taking the larger tables to themselves and even a staff member was having their lunch by themselves at a 4 person table) so we had to push 2 tables together. Otherwise it would've been 5 stars.

Worst wings in Edmonton. I bought the wings from the new 38ave place.Ad says 2lbs but during purchase was mentioned 20 wings and most were the size of a kid’s finger . Tried 2 flavours and don’t know what they are bragging about.Avoid this place.waste of moneyWould give zero for food .

Ordered 2 orders of wings. 1 was ready in about 15 minutes and it sat on the counter getting cold for 15 minutes until the other order was ready. Store wasn't busy. I asked the cashier why it was taking so long as it wasn't busy. She said sometimes its busy with online orders. Didn't see a single delivery person the whole time I was there. Wings were ok- but were cold Didn't really like the teriyaki sauce. Snob spice was good.

Service was friendly however there was no highchair for my one year old which gives me the impression families aren't the desired guest here.The quality of food was good and home made however, my husband's wings were overcooked and my fries were plain despite asking for seasoned.I would say it was good food but not worth the $$$.Kid-friendliness: Not at all kid friendly in terms of seating.

I ordered 10 hot wings and 10 salt and pepper. They were the worst wings I've ever had. They were small, dried out and cool. The hot wings were mild. The salt and pepper were plan wings. I won't go back.

My friend had his order messed up when we went here for lunch. Rather than fixing their mistake by cooking new boneless wings with the sauce he actually ordered, they tried to cook off the BBQ sauce that he didn't order and said they fixed it and gave him the same wings that he did not order. As we left, he confronted them about this saying mistakes happen, just fix it more appropriately next time. The woman at the till adamantly denied that they did anything wrong. Neither of us will dine at any Wing Snob in the future due to this event. They earned this boycott with their abysmal customer service and the fact that they tried to gaslight him. Unacceptable.
