They were so overcooked that the onion, what little of it there was, was cooked to death. The batter itself was tasty but so overcooked that it was no fun at all.The first time the burger was beyond excellent. This, the second time, the burger must have been broken when it was cooking and I don't believe it was all there, leaving the meal less than satisfactoryConsistency in delivery of meals is critical to ensure customer satisfaction. Will I try again, probably. Need to have a go at the bacon brussel sprouts. I did advise the server of the poor quality of onion rings and showed her the almost disintegrated onion and I did eat my meal because I was starving hungry.

Blown away at the service we just got at 6:30 pm on Saturday March 23/24. I ordered no lettuce or tomato on my burger and it had that on it. I tried to be a good sport and cut off a tiny section the size of my thumb and scraped it all off but could still taste it on everything and I loathe those condiments - the gal was so rude that I didn’t want a replacement and wait and I couldn’t eat another bite so she said fine and took it away then SHE CHARGES US FOR THE BURGER AND EXPECTS ME TO PAY 20$ something dollars for the one bite I tried.So disappointed as I’ve waited a very long time to try there burgers. I don’t think we will be going back. Such attitude and gossiping with other staff and snickers. Great customer service guys.Thank you.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Walked in looking for a unique burger experience and that's what we got :) many small chains/businesses in edmonton and this one is close to home and affordable. Service was great very chill and despite a small dining area it wasnt all full at dinner time on a Saturday, yet busy.

We arrived at 6pm on a Two Toonie Tuesday, and boy the place was full! Busy! We ordered 2 classic burgers, and a bucket of onion rings. No wonder this place is famous! The onion rings were big and crispy, and tasted really good. Perhaps the best onion rings I have ever had! But for $10, it’s like you’re paying $1 per onion ring ? As for the burger, I didn’t have to add ketchup. It already tasted delicious! For a Tuesday, it’s definitely a good deal for $4. We’re definitely coming back to try other items on their menu.

My friend and I both had the Ben burger and loaded fries which tastes way better than Taco Bell's Supreme fries. We like that everything is made with local food.Staff were great to chat with and great vibes. I like that staff comes to check on you and top up our water because honestly we all need to drink more water.15/10 will be back.

As soon as I walked into Woodshed Burgers I loved the ambiance. Received a warm welcome and found out the ingredients are all locally sourced. LOVE THAT! Hands down the best chicken burger I have ever had. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her classic burger. So glad the server suggested the side of fries rather than the bucket; we were hungry but not that hungry. lol I will definitely be back! Thank you WB for a great dining experience! Oh so scrumptious!
The burgers here are absolutely fantastic. Some places claim to have foodie burgers, but these are the real thing. Their fish fillet burger is an entire beer battered fish piece (that would be delicious on its own) on a bun! Their onion rings come encrusted with a never before seen amount of beer batter. I particularly reccomend the boar Bacon Swiss. Their homemade ketchup is also excellent (and it's actually ketchup (not a ketchup-adjacent abomination that only someone who doesn't like ketchup would like (like you get at many other gourmet places)). If you like burgers: come here! Even if you don't, come here and discover that you do. They even have a portabella mushroom burger for vegetarians that (I'm told) is excellent.
