Everything is perfect but the location is not very convenience. Hope to move to southside with larger parking lot.

We ordered spicy beef noodle soup and it was so good. Good portion size with lots of meat and their noodles was extraordinary. I took a side of fried tofu and the sauce on that made it so delicious. My friend ordered beef handpulled noodles and that was super good too.

I finally tried out Yunshang in Edmonton although it was on my radar before they opened. The restaurant décor and service were decent. In terms of food, I tried their Original Crossing-The-Bridge Rice Noodle Soup, Salty Popcorn Chicken, and Deep Fried Squid Tentacles. Note that you can order free noodle refills. The chicken and deep fried squids were quite good, especially for appetizers. As for the main dish, the noodles were good, the assortment of items were nice, but the broth was quite bland… I recommend coming here if you want to try their appetizers and spicy soup base noodles, but the original/classic one was disappointing…so I’d give it 7.5/10

FREE noodle refills! That is a winner ? This place once you're seated. One of you at the table will have to scan the QR code to order for the entire table. You pay your bill at the end at the cashier. The Tomato rice noodle soup with beef & enoki mushroom was surprisingly pretty good. The salty popcorn chicken and Braised beef brisket with hand pulled noodles was good too. The meat was tender and the noodles had a nice texture. The price is fair plus free noodle top up!
