I understand that cooking their amazing sandwiches in the heat of the summer might have been too much for the cooks, but it's a blow that they're not only still not offering their Sandos but also no longer accepting walk in customers at all.I can only speculate as to why this is now the case, but it's a disappointing move on top of another disappointing move. Makes the motivation to stop in to be nearly non existent. I used to recommend zwick's to close ones all the time, now there's no point.

Tried a couple flavour of the pretzel sticks now carried at Superstore. They are all very tasty, however the prices are considerably high, at $6 for 140g. I would love to consume them at a regular basis among my other snacks like chips etc, but the cost is just prohibitively high and hard to justify substituting my regular go-to potato chips with these luxury snacks. Please consider lowering your prices if you want to become mainstream and a beloved snack among the masses.

Pretzels are OK, I’ve had better.Service could be better too, stood at the counter for 6 minutes without being acknowledged; a simple “hello, one moment please” goes a long way in customer service. I understand you might be busy, but being ignored leaves a bad first impression.Prices are reasonable, however, I do not like being forced to tip when paying up front using debit/credit before any service has been rendered. A tip is considered after service has been provided not before. I doubt I’ll be back.

Delicious, warm, fresh, tasty. However, we discovered it too late. Our first time was the week before the storefront closed, and we were blown away with the freshness, flavor, and reasonable price. This place has the best pretzels in town hands down so we are sad to see the storefront go. With the business now only open to pre-orders they continue to sell the nub boxes, as well as their signature pretzels by the dozen now as opposed to individually. Time to eat 12 at a time now I guess.
There is absolutely no consistency in this business. It’s a gamble. The food is excellent but the management is horrendous. Don’t waste your time.

Edmonton is lucky to have this little pretzel shop, spicy scallion is the bomb. I'm in trouble if they ever create a Pizza Pretzel, cause i would have to eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Sept 2023 update: it's happened a few times now where i drive across the city to get a McZwick, only to get there and see they have half their menu not available. Soooo annoying.

Went in for a sandwich but was told that they won’t be selling them for at least a year. Without the sandwiches this is really just like any other pretzel place but the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Won’t be returning.
