They were pretty quick getting the order ready, but I ordered the ketchup nuggets and they gave me ghost pepper ones instead. Let's just say my toddler was not happy.

Everytime I come here during the day the drive thru workers have an attitude. Also I've been going to burger kind off and on a good portion of my life and with no fail I order a poutine as it's my favorite item on the menu. With this location I have to ask for extra gravy to get the proper amount every time I go as they seem to think a tiny drizzle in the middle that falls to the bottom is enough. Lately(the past 3 visits) I've had to ask for them to make sure that I actually get enough fries as they have been decreasing the amount that they give in the container. Today I asked them to please make sure it's made proper as the last visit I only got a few fries, the container wasnt even half full(why make a container this small when you're only going to give a few fries in it and charge $5/$6 a pop? Doesn't seem legit), when I got to the window a male worker came up and said "sir we have a standard with the fries but I gave you a few extra this time" and when I tried to clarify with him if it was a menu change as it's only been recent that this has been happening, he said "it's okay sir" and closed the window on me mid sentence. I'm typically a very understanding person if you just give me a bit of explanation, I don't know what that was but it was not it, in fact it was disrespectful. Long story short, these people need to learn to treat people how they want to be treated.

Haven't been here in a few years but they renovated the place to feel more modern. Definitely a nice surprise.Just got my usual chicken sandwich which is just as good as the last time I had it. Was mostly surprised to see they had Golden Peak tea on tap. Burger King really stepping it up. Love it.

Wow this place was packed tonight and no service and almost every order in drive through had to come in to get order fixed 1 guy in drive through waited outside for his order 30 Min the young guy did go out twice with his order but couldn't find who ordered it because the order was wrong this place is horrible do not

Customer service was rude and rushed me. The lady handing me my order looked like she hated her job and didnt hide her disgusting look when she looked at me. If you hate your job dont go to work. The fries were delicious but my burger was drenched in ketchup/mustard i couldnt eat it.
