Ordered our food on january 12th 2024 at 9:06pm thru skip.Waited for an hour still no deliveryCalled DQ thickwood on signal road and the person who answered said the food is already out for delivery.but it shows on the app that the food's still not being picked up by 10:10pm.We have a 4 yr old kid here really excited and waiting for over an hour for nothing.If that person who answered the phone had just been honest that they missed or made a mistake so we could have ordered somewhere else that would have been so much better!This would be the last time we will be ordering from this place.Like these people dont even deserve a single star review.

Drink machine was broken and filthy, order was wrong, but did a pick-up so didn't notice until we got home. Haven't been to this location in awhile and don't plan on returning in the near future.

I had a terrible experience at Dairy Queen. Not only were my fries soggy and overcooked, but they also contaminated them with chicken, despite my clear request not to. The customer service was equally terrible; they showed a complete lack of care and attention to customer requests. This experience was truly disappointing, and I won't be returning.

Been eating DQ since I was a kid. Favourite place for me and my kids. Banana split and plain Vanilla Cone for me. My kids mostly go for the high sugar desserts I like to stay a little simple with the wifey!

Cashier Didn't enter my order correctly . When it was brought out I mentioned the mistake made . They wouldn't take my drink back and make what I had ordered. I had to pay extra to receive the other part of my drink in another cup so that I could mix them together myself in a small cup with no spoon. Disappointing service and inaccurate orders entered .

I purchased a couple of Blizzards for my wife and I and as always they were delicious.
See when you order 4 chicken snack wraps and get 2 out of 4, absolute trash, not even taking the blame for it either, 4 not 2, how does 2 even sound like 4....

Don’t recommend the Thickwood location for Blizzards!!! Food is fine but last 3 blizzards I have ordered for myself and my family (so total of 12 Blizzards in the last 2 months) have all been so badly made . You get about 1/4 into them and no toppings what so ever! So annoyed with it I’ve mentioned to the staff and still no change! I always order extra smarties with mine and I think that’s their cue to give me even less super disappointing service!! If I wanted just ice cream I would order it and pay less then paying for a blizzard and getting basically just ice cream!!
Timberlea location - always good always well mixed with the right amount of toppings inside the blizzards and the food is great!!
