We used to eat here frequently until the food / service began to go down hill in a hurry.Long wait times, even at slow peaks throughout the day.Very standard that the kitchen will not come back with your proposed / correct order.9 times out of 10 something from your order is always missing.

We ordered the sushi boat for two. It came with a good variety of different sushis along with sashimi, miso soup and a cold salad There was the occasional piece that had some rice that was a little bit hard, overall food was great. Our waiter was very involved with the table next to us laughing, telling jokes and having fun. Service was very friendly to us as well. Pricing was fair for what we got. They had very large booths and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed.

Vincent is one of the best servers that Ive had the pleasure of having. The food and vibe were unhinged and everything was amazing. If i could i would rate this higher.
I used to visit here years ago but now im not too happy with how the service turned out to be. The place was not as busy but none of the waiters attended our table so we had to get up to get our order. The male server was very impolite and rude as I was asking for a follow up on my order. After more than 1 hour later the sushi hadn’t arrive. The server didnt bother checking up on us, but I see the server partying with other customers at their table. I asked for an update and the server said they just started making the food. I went up and cancelled my order. One of the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. So sad how the place my family visits has now gotten worse! There’s other places to check out other than this.

Very friendly owners. Great tasting food. We were even treated to a special dish that wasn't on the menu. The ambience is great and portions are on the same level of excellence. Definitely highly recommended, 5 stars plus plus.Parking: Parking did not seem hard to come by for my brother that evening.

Went there again for the first time in qw years and Vincent was the best server of all time time, he was so generous and extra. He was friendly and entertaining. Our food was equally as awesome, and the prices were great. Best sushi place in Fort Mac. Even after 12 years ?
Old Japanese sushi spot with some good food. The restaurant is always dirty and the servers are pushing you to order more and more. Service depends on how much you order. Also if someone doesn’t eat pork, avoid this place as they cook everything in the same fryer!

Great service, AMAZING FOOD! I cannot say enough about this place, I have not found a place that can even compare to Fuji's. We moved away recently and miss these guys. If you haven't stopped there yet go now.

Pretty good overall. I usually stick with the specials.. they are bomb proof. Best ginger beef in Alberta perhaps.. the best ive had anyways. Mango Rolls are pretty amazing, never had anything like that. Fresh rice and rolled well. If your trying some obscure item on the menu then be warned, as with any place.The restaurant interior needs some help.. but its OK. I think it is possible to make this place more attractive by changing the venue.. but im sure there is risk to that in terms of cost.Good place for sure.

Been to San Francisco and Hawaii, never had better Japanese food than right here at Fuji in Fort McMurray. Guess I will have to go to Japan and make the ultimate comparison.Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian, plenty of options for me.
