I ordered a Big Mary combo. I asked to eat in. As I was eating my sandwich I saw on the menu board that my combo was supposed to have tatters, they gave me fries. I returned the fries and asked for the tatters. I received negative attitude from the clerk. I asked for the manager. I was given the tatters with an apology. Imagine if I did take out. Zero recourse. I recommend NOT using this restaurant.

Taters where ok,big Mary was crispy,but could use spice in my opinion. Order came out fast, no better or worse then anywhere else.
Regular customer. Shocked to see the order when opened at home. Tatters box were literarily one quarter full with cooking oil which dripped out of box and carry bag and stained my car seat. Tried few napkins to absorb it but it was too much to handle. Also, crispy chicken twist was not fresh. Seems staff gave me an order prepared for someone else hours ago.It never has happened before

So far I've commented on every marbrowns in fort mcmurray and I have always been a happy customer. This location does not disappoint either, good food. My biggest compliment about all these locations is that they always put that little bit of extra effort in there while thinking of the customer. Eagle Ridge location did a great job and much appreciated. Keep it up and you'll have customer satisfaction more often then not.

Very dissatisfied with the Big Mary I had. I would have given a 1 star rating, but the taters were still good. The sandwich seemed like it was under a heat lamp for 6 hours.

Wouldn’t recommend coming here forgot my sauce for my chicken tenders I asked for well done fries they drenched it in gravy and it was not well done calling won’t get you anywhere as they won’t own up to their mistakes the employees are rude and won’t be back.
