Every morning when I go to work, I stop at the McDonald’s on Franklin Avenue for a coffee and a bite to eat and every day I’m greeted by the same staff always with a smile, always pleasant, always professional I’d like to point out that their service and smiles are always consistent Thank you for making my mornings better. !

Ordered Chicken bacon wrap on December 16th, 11:30pm shift and they forgot to add meat in it. I had to eat without the meat when I got back home. Disappointing.

Dirtiest mcdonalds I've ever been to. Printer was out on the self order screens that was also covered in sauces and mystery fluids. Also do NOT pay for side sauces. They charge full price for quite literally a teaspoon of sauce. Multibillion dollar corporation and I found the one location in all of Canada that is this cheap with sauce containers. Also, upon getting home I found out that my order is just completely different. First and last time here for me I guess ?♂️

The garlic season fries are not worth $4.99. Soggy and my container was between a small and medium size. Otherwise my Big Mac was delicious and the service was fast and friendly .

Just went there and ordered burgers got home. Got into the second one bit into it and pulled a big hair out of my mouth. Went to go get my money back and they were arguing with me for 10 minutes don't ever eat here
