disappointed. I ordered half a gluten free double cheese sandwich with extra ham. I was charged $2.88 for the extra ham. If as my picture shows this is double ham?? definitely not worth it. Without extra ham would have been 2 of the thinnest slices. Would you even taste the ham? Most likely not. I was charged full price for my loaf of bread that was 50% off. Thankfully I checked my receipt before I left. The cashier was kind enough to refund the 50%.

I am very disappointed in their service. I have only gone 3 times since living in McMurray, two times they messed up my order and i left crying. I am celiac and pregnant. It is hard enough finding a place to eat let alone feeling soo embarrassed that it is a hassle. The staff stated one of the instances there is no normal bacon(stripped) instead of Canadian bacon. The other time I paid for two sandwiches because I asked what is the two sandwich gf and one of the gentleman called it a full and only recieved one. They talked to me like I was stupid when I questioned. I have worked for serving customers over 10 years and this was the worst experience. I will not be going back.

First time trying Mitchell’s cafe and it was delightful. Starting with the food and it was fresh and delicious. I love some fresh bread and we got the fresh made sandwiches. I got the chicken pesto and the wife got the egg salad sandwich. The both sandwiches tasted amazing and the ingredients were freshly sourced. Cappuccino was very frothy and was only 1/2 cup full. The service was very friendly and a lot attention was paid to the details. The atmosphere was pretty oldSchool rustic looking with outdoor seating suitable for summer dining in. Some indoor tables would be nice to sit Down and enjoy the sandwiches! Overall good service and wouldDefinitely eat there again!
