New to the neighborhood, I was very excited to place my first order tonight. The Papa John is a reputable franchise and their Papa Bowl was unique product and very delicious but, my whole excitement got blown away when a long hair got into my mouth from the cooked meal and after that, who can eat the remaining dinner. I wish the owner take more measures to implement hygiene protocols by their kitchen staff who were not wearing hairnets or gloves.

Worst service in town!Placed an order in store, waited 15 minutes only to find out that my order wasn’t even started! There must have been 7 employees standing around moping floors, putting together boxes.

I have never spent so much to get so little. What a waste of money that barely topped piece of cardboard was. This was my first time having Papa John's and will be the last. I was excited to try it and see that was so silly. Save your cash and go to the grocery store... a deli pizzza from Sobeys or Save On would be 1000000 times better.

Pizza had hardly any toppings. Was cold by the time it got to us. Crust was big, like they didn't stretch the toppings out near the edges. Would never buy again. Nearly $80 to Doordash 2 pizzas.
