Its worst place for pizza . The staff is really bad they guys never listen about customer is demanding. Almost 3-4 times I ordered stuff from pizza hut always disappointing me when I ordered pizza and wings through skip they forget to put sauce on wings and pizza was really hard and i called for this issue they guys never replied me. Today (22-feb-2024)I ordered garlic parmesan wings they give me honey garlic instead. The time i am giving order i repeat 2 times that i need garlic parmesan wings not honey garlic. When i called to pizza hut regarding this thing they said you give order for honey garlic wings . I never recommend people to go pizza hut thickwood.

DON’T DO IT!!!My husband and I got food poisoning, throwing up for 20 hours straight. When I was feeling up to calling I spoke with a rude customer service centre that would not give me a refund or let me speak to any management. She told me I had to call poison centre and kept repeating that.I am currently waiting to hear back from public health to report, but save your money, health, and time trying to get a refund and get pizza somewhere else!

Today, pizza hut giving away 100 free pizza for first 100 orders. I am glad I were one of them. Thanks pizza hut team. It means lot to people who got it and the new dough they try to marketing was very fresh like home made as well.Thanks for yr service.Kid-friendliness: For me, it means they have pizza box with side which my kids love so much everytime iordere it and they love every single time.

I placed an order for pick of honey bbq boneless wings only to find out that there was slim to no sauce on the wings once I got home this is the second time this has happened.

Not sure what happened but the pizza I received was overcooked and burned. It's pizza, so I'll still eat it, but it will likely be the last time I order from this Pizza Hut.
