Extremely disappointed. My sister ordered about $150 of sushi tonight for my dad's 61st birthday, it was disgusting. We probably only got $85-$95 worth of what we ordered.We waited almost 2 hours for it to arrive, my sister called twice and was told it was on the way both times. We tipped both the driver and restaurant.Our order was missing multiple items, all of our tempura/fried items were soggy, every roll tasted bad, even the pickled ginger was dry and lacked flavor.The sashimi was wet, we could tell it had been rinsed under water to make it seem fresh and remove slime. The underbelly of the fish was yellow/discolored instead of pink, it smelled horrible. My dad tried a small piece of the sashimi and couldn't eat it, all the sashimi was thrown out.Both my dad and I are nauseous, we feel sick after eating this sushi.The lowest rating I could give is 1 star but this deserves -1000 stars.

My sister took me here for the first time when I first got to Fort McMurray. To try Hotpot for the first time. It was delicious food. A amazing selection to add in. The robot delivery waiter is really cool, and staff were very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive. Pricing was also great. And the atmosphere in the restaurant was very family oriented I loved the bird cage style booths defiantly original.

Excellent service. The server was so polite. The food and sushi rolls are magnificent. Yakisoba beef is so good. Prawn tempura, wow!Parking: Lots of parking around in that and you can park anywhere.

Very Disappointed with FOH, the last few times that I have visited has been super poor in terms of feeling welcome or taken care of. In addition to FOH being super uninterested we found a foreign object in one of our specialty rolls, when brought to their attention our server snatched the napkin with the foreign object and took it to the back to what I assume to discard it. When we asked if we could receive a discount on it as it’s not something you want to find in your food she replied with “manager is on vacation for 2 months” and that she does not have the code for a discount.Please save yourself the trouble of eating here and just go to Spring Moon. ? This lady at the front is so rude and should not be in customer service.Best of luck to them, and YOU if you choose to dine here.

Pulled a piece of hard plastic out of my mouth after eating a piece of my rainbow roll. I asked for some sort of discount after showing the server what I found. She couldn't because the manager was on a 2 month vacation and they had the "code" for discounts. After insisting, her visible eye roll made it clear I wasn't getting anything from her.
