Took a bit longer to get our food even tho it was not busy I asked our server why our food is taking so long and she told me they got a lot of mobile orders!! Other then that everything was good

Came to celebrate my boyfriends birthday & before we arrived our friends let us know about the service being slow which is fine because it was fight night - but i feel as if we were neglected, the server rushed to order our drinks & food (not even asking me just my boyfriend for his order, i had to cut in & felt like i was being rude for budging in) because she was overwhelmed but then we had the mistakes start to happen, drinks were wrong, different orders were coming to our tables, she punched in a different order, we said no this isn't ours & we didn't realize on the receipt that the other order was on it until she had us all rang in - we were only offered a gift card for the inconvenience due to having to find the same machine to give us our money back? I don't know if she was new to sweving but i feel maybe this server gets overwhelmed in cases when it's busy like this & maybe needs some coaching to help her be more consistent with tables!

My wife and I decided to have lunch date, we showed up at 1:30pm, server came over at 1:45pm. (1st fail) we ordered 2 appetizers and asked for them to arrive before our lunch,but ordered our meals at the same time. Only one appetizer showed up (2nd fail) appetizer showed up at the same time as our meal (3rd fail). The poor waitress didn't have a clue about how to waitress, couldn't even give us cold drinks. Food was cold, the millionaire dog was overcooked and bun was soggy. The stir fry was cold and noodles undercooked and rock hard. The only saving grace was the one app we received the bacon cheddar dip was amazing while everything else there sucked.

Took my wife there for "Tomahawk steak night" on Saturday, March 2nd.. The atmosphere was great,, server was fantastic and the food!!! The food was to die for!! Recommended to anyone who just wants a nice night out!!
