The app menu doesn't allow for donuts or muffins singularly in the morning, or even Timbits packs.Furthermore, if you don't use the app to order ahead, you're there for 30 mins to get a coffee and a donut.
Great customer service.The express line generally offers some good morning comedy as you see many people lined up daily, some pouting, as if 300 people ordering online will somehow be faster than the 4 or 5 in the walk up line.Spark up a conversation with somebody. Enjoy yourself. Don't be rude to the worker because you're running late.
