In-store service is the slowest I have ever experienced, you're better off only using drive-through. In the 9 times I have been here since it opened (always when I am headed out of town), my order has never been correct. Items are poorly made, stale, missing, and missing add-ons. Terrible experience especially compared to other locations in town.
Went inside this location today instead of the drive thru. They were super busy. Everything seemed fine at first, but more and more people were waiting on orders. They were forgetting things from each order. The manager was standing in the middle of the kitchen with his arms crossed, not even helping his staff.
