The take out service at this location is exceptional. The food is always hot, packaged neat and efficiently. They always adhere to special instructions: for example, i asked for a lemon for my salad, I got not one, but TWO wedges. I ask for light cheese, no problem. I ask to switch out one sauce for another? They give me both. The person working the front was also very sweet and had a welcoming energy. I just have zero complaints about anything here. Awesome service and great food. There were 3 of us and it was busy but we still got great service and everyone was happy with their food and drinks. Excellent serviceKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. My son is 15 but they had lots for the little kids. Coloring, puzzles etc

Our server was very good. She was happy to take my soupy mashed potatoes back to the kitchen to be replaced with somewhat less soupy fake mashed potatoes. The Spaghetti that my mom had was cold. The steak was average and the noise is intolerable. Boston Pizza needs to re evaluate the quality of there food and put some insulation in the ceiling to cut down the noise. Once again my server was fantastic.
