Imagine being hired based on your skill level and then being fired based off your looks. That’s how they treat their staff, imagine how they treat their customers. Yikes.
Definitely appalled by the treatment of employees. They judge harshly based off of appearance and it is very clear that is the case. Their hiring process involves making sure a woman is "skinny" and desirable by male standards and I have heard really sad things about the female management enabling these abusive behaviors. This is not a friendly environment, it is unsafe and uncomfortable.
