This morning they had to fix my order 3 times, and the 3rd time i got my food and it was half cooked sausage patty was cold only grilled on one side. Simple order, sausage and cheddar on english muffin. Got egg the first time, on a bun 2nd time and raw the 3rd. At least my coffee wasnt terrible i

Food was fine, the service was good A&W really needs to find a better straw option. The paper style ones they are using currently are just terrible and disintegrate before you finish your drink.

Very rude filipina lady yelled "i say park in front! front!" When i parked on the wrong side which is literally a walk away i dont know why she got mad or is she just lazy to walk
Clean, newer location. I tried the no bun option for my burger, they used fresh hard lettuce so was easier to hold, I have had before where it's softer lettuce and messier to eat, helpful for healthier options.

I had just came back from a 2-month mountain trip and I also looked pretty scruffy and I thought that they might think I was homeless because I still had my luggage with me but I sat there and had a conversation with the family member while I ate and had my coffee and I didn't get many stairs, it was mainly older customers at the time.Wheelchair accessibility: There were two people there in wheelchairs, I'm assuming it's quite easy to navigate in one, due to that.

Usually breakfast is good, but today I think we got left overs from the day before that they reheated. Grossest hash browns I've ever had they were burnt and hard a rock. Coffee also tasted like it was burnt. Usually my favorite breakfast spot but today was a huge let
