Had Posiden it was amazing. Never been so full on sea food. The Ceasars were the best I have ever had! The new managment is awesome and they are changing their name soon.

It'd been quite some time since I've been able to write a review about a Grande Prairie Restaurant and say this; but the lunch we just enjoyed was the most pleasurable dining experience I could have expected. My wife, son, and I just left. And I couldn't wait to write a review. The food was unreal.1) Calamari was the best calamari I've ever had. Hands down.2) Service was impeccable.3) Rest of the food was amazing. For the first time I think I saw what the downtown rehabilitation project is aimed to look like. Head down and have some food right now.

Not a good experience, server seemed lost, table of six ended up getting our own place settings so we didn't eat with our fingers. Had steak sandwich but should have ordered the kids chicken fingers to get full.

Love this spot. The food is phenomenal and everyone is so kind. It’s a repeat treat that has earned our business time and time again.

A little pricey but AMAZING food! I don't do seafood but I even liked the lobster dip, and steak bites were the best steak I've had in a while!, definitely coming back!

Came here for Valentine's Day, made a reservation and got their special couples meal for $200; 2 lamb chops, scallops, potatoes, a whole lobster, and a small cake for dessert. It had so much potential, but it turned out to be an awful experience for way too much money. We had a reservation for the lounge side but they didn't save us a table, we were directed to some couches with a very low coffee table your supposed to eat off of somehow. When we moved to the restaurant side to have an actual table our server we ordered drinks from forgot about us and we didnt get menus or first drinks for 30 minutes. Once we did call attention to this we had 3 different servers come up and ask if we ordered drinks and they had to go looking for eachother to confirm where the drinks went. Apparently they got a new head chef and it shows. We got our meal; the lobster took up the whole platter and the sides were just stacked on top and on the sides of the platter. 2 tiny overcooked lamb chops, the lobster was so overcooked you could barely crack the shell and there was almost no meat to be found inside. 2 scallops each, and 6 potatoes each. The only things good about the meal was the wine and the cake, both not made in house thank god. Will never come back, huge waste of money (almost $300 at the end!) for terrible service and terrible food. This place has really gone downhill and it's sad.

So went for valentines dinner we arrived early at 5 pm got seated in the upper part of the restaurant. Ordered drinks took about 30 min to get the first drinks. Ordered our food took the waitress 2 times to get our order right.their was two aisian ladies looking after our tables and they had no clue how to work together to give a fine dinning experience. Screwed up everyone's drinks and food orders for other tables. No one to bus tables sat for another half hour waiting for a drink that I ordered Very disappointed. Had to hunt down our server to get her to bring the bill Only thing that makes it a 2 star is the food was ok nothing special wont be back .

Food is of lower quality which is disappointing. Unimaginative menu, inside should be updated. Staff super friendly.

Has been our favourite go to for 20 years, But no more, poor service, even poorer food. Menu prices are through the roof,I realize it's Covid but you can't jack prices and expect people to return especially for sub par food. Best thing was the drink my wife had. You would think having to wait 11/2 hours for a meal the business would maybe comp something on $200 bill for the two of us but nope. Will not give it another try. I can support other local businesses

The Acropolis has always been one of my favorite restaurants in Grande Prairie and I am committed to supporting local during these difficult times, however after a recent Facebook post where you defiantly stated that you would refuse to follow the public health orders, I will never again frequent your establishment. While I am sympathetic to all locally owned small businesses and agree with you that the big chains are profiting while small businesses are struggling, your post does nothing more than to encourage others to disobey the orders and put our entire community at risk. You have put dollars before lives and that is not something I can simply ignore. You claim that your intention was to raise awareness, but the way you went about it was irresponsible, selfish and reckless. While I will continue to support local businesses, The Acropolis is one that will be forever crossed off my list.

Man has this place went down hill. Please understand that I do not post this lightly. I hate posting bad reviews.1 hour for a drink is completely Unacceptable. I would love to review the food, but where is it? Absolutely insane in here. Three tables have walked out since I have been here. They even screwed up our reservation. I have never been so disappointed in this restaurant. Please people take business else where. Manager won’t even come to my table.
