just went for dinner with my boyfriend and we sat there for 15 minutes and we weren’t even greeted. nobody came to see us or take our order or even say hello. would not recommend this place. the food is good but service is terrible each time we go.

What a horrible experience, me and my son and my family had for his birthday supper thank you very much for ruining that. Not only did we sit there for 2.5 hours for them to forget our order the waitress tried to push us out without feeding us our order that she forgot to put into the computer and then she proceeded to tell us that all we’re going to get a 15% discount as well as two coupons onto our order . When we went to pay that did not happen when we asked for a manager, we got two separate 20-year-old girls and then then once again, asked for the manager who is too scared to come out . Great experience, I must tell you

Ordered online.The pizza bread was so dry and hard it was inedible.Ordered a Boston Royal pizza. When ordering I specified that I wanted pepperoni on one side and green peppers on the other. They were both on the same side. Not a huge deal, but why give the option to customize if you don't plan on following the customizations?The pizza bread was an absolutely horrendous waste of money.

The food is Boston pizza great. Atmosphere could be better if there were more customers creating an atmosphere. Lots of sporting TVs to watch. The service is horrible. Always seems to be only 1 server at all times. Takes forever to get any sort of service which makes you not want to stay any longer than necessary. Lots of potential but the slow service makes you want to leave asap
