Called 2 times to make a reservation both girls told me there will be availability but neither asked for my number or name, it’s for my birthday so it’s completely unacceptable.I called a 3rd time in a row because neither girls were helpful where a gentlemen answered and told me it’s full capacity and I can’t come or make a reservation ?Why would the other two girls tell me to “just show up there will be spots” to tell me after you’re fully booked.Common have some better customer service !!

I placed a decent sized order for my employees today. I run a mechanical service company, and my crew has been very busy working in this (-57 with windchill) weather. I've been buying lunch them to help with general moral as we work in less-than-ideal conditions.They made a small mistake on one part of the order. The manager Tracy went absolutely above and beyond to correct this and make everything right for us. I really appreciate this refreshing service and its nice to see people that care and take pride in what they do! Thank you

Dealing with sickness and took the easy route to feed the kids. Ordered to go. There was a slight mistake. I dealt with manager Jessica who was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of and that we were pleased and satisfied! Definitely looking forward to having Boston Pizza spicy Pierogy again! It's so amazing!

This place is horrible! Jessica was the manager and I am sure I smelled alcohol on her breath. She was rude and the service was terrible. The burger bun was soggy and it tasted like they boiled the meat. When I complained about the food being inedible, I didn’t eat it, Jessica was not helpful at all. She didn’t offer a different meal choice or anything. This is the 4th time I have eaten there, I have had 3 absolutely atrocious experiences, with 3 managers, Jessica, Melissa and Tracy. All were equally terrible. I had 1 good experience a couple months ago, the only reason I attempted 3 & 4, but I guess that manager left. I think her name was Alexis. She was great, kind and helpful. And she seemed to know what was actually going on around her. The other three, I swear they must all be drunk off their trees while on shift for how poorly they treat people and do their jobs. -10000/10. I will NEVER go back.
