We called for take out and Hubby did not pronounce chow mein right. She corrected him in a very condescending manner.We could do the same bc of her accent it's sometimes hard to understand. But we don't. Because we're all humans and English is not our first language. Ours is Dutch and German. So we're all not perfect.Last time we ordered there.

About 80 % batter 20 % meat . Just terrible. They even batter store bought egg rolls.lol . What a joke. There sweet and sour pork is also store bought and fatty . I figured give these guys a chance , never again , especially for the price! . Shame shame .

Waited 1.5 hours past expected pick-up time. Only to sit and watch Skip the Dishes drivers walk in and out in-front of cash paying customers that had driven to the restaurant to pick up their orders. Clearly not respecting the time of those customers not ordering off that app or threw their on-line ordering system. Another customer complained about having to wait after having ordered an hour before on-line their order came out before customers that had ordered at 2pm that afternoon and had been told a 6pm pick-up time. The order wasn't ready until 7:30pm.

The guy who took my order and process my payment doesn't value Customer Service at all. What a shame that this business has a lot of good reviews. Food is not too bad but could be better. They also charge $3 for a packet of hot sauce. Very disappointed!

Enjoyed a delicious lunch at Don'sIt's been awhile since we last ate there. The Buttermilk Shrimp was ummm ummm good. A delicate white semi sweet sauce with lots of shrimp and some vegetables over noodles. Chicken with black bean sauce was delicious, it could have had more chicken and less vegetables, but it was good. Well gladly return.
Got the dry ribs and war wonton soup at 9pm on Tuesday, the soup was slimy and the dry ribs were battered bones there wasn't even enough dried out meat on them to notice with the grizzly pieces and batter, and they tasted like dirty oil. I would not recommend these items for the price and the quality very disappointed.

Completely wasting customers time and patience fulfilling skip orders sending out a half dozen orders in front of cash paying customers that physically drove to the restaurant waiting over 1.5 hrs for 2 combo dishes. 20 year customer lost due to complete lack of respect towards 20 year customers all for few extra bucks on slip the dishes. Don’t waste your time with this place, it’s filthy and has terrible service.
