The woman taking my order spoke rough English, and didn't know what I was asking her about the meal. Went with something safe. Teriyaki chicken. The sauce was so watered down, it barely had flavour.

it's a shame when you place an order, clearly, an they never heard a word you said. three of the four dishes we ordered were not what we asked for. I'll try Tokyo Japan next

Very clean, the bathroom was also very clean. The service was great, staff were pleasant, and the food was freshly cooked and piping hot. Definitely will be coming back!

Half an hour wait for a small order of sushi to go. Place is unorganized and chaotic. Food is good when you finally get it though.

If I could do negative 5 stars I would.First of all the young new staff are ignorant, secondly we found a bone in my boyfriends meal, a chicken bone. Which actually ended up breaking his tooth, when we reached out about it, we got sent away due to them not having the piece of bone in their hands, but yet the dentist did, even sent them a report. What did they do? Offered a $100 gift card, as if were ever going back?? not only is that disgusting but so was their response to this all. Talk about taking responsibility for your faults. Clearly they just care about making money rather than their actual customers, if it weren’t for customers they wouldn’t even make money. I’ve worked with food and customer service my whole life and I know for a FACT that if this were to happen at any of my workplaces they would’ve done much more than that. I am pregnant to, and we got the same food order, so if I wouldve gotten the bone in my food that would’ve ended VERY BADLY for me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced all around. Instead of embarrassing themselves with offering us a gift card they should’ve done a full inspection and get insurance to cover the damages. Which the DENTIST recommended. Absolutely DISGUSTED with this food chain. Make sure to check your food when eating here, also don’t be afraid to ask them to wash their hands after using the bathroom, as I’ve had to do as well. Next stop is the health and food safety. We’ve even went to the extent of having a lawyer look over everything including their emails (which they screened for at least 2 weeks) and he was also just as DISGUSTED.try wok box instead!! They’re way cleaner, have better quality and quantity. Not to mention the staff is surperb!

Really good place to eat at if you like eating out and they also have bubble tea and Grand Prairie edos really good actually I'd recommend it to all my followers.
